Create an account-level pool wallet (pool_balance). asset and network are required. There is no wallet_type field — the type is set server-side.

address_tag?stringOptional memo / destination tag required by some networks.

The old autoexchange pool wallet was soft-deleted and this replacement created in the same transaction.
